We begin by researching and sourcing 35 qualified General Contractors and 9 experienced Architects within your market. Their profiles and contact details are uploaded to our client dashboard on day one for complete transparency.

We send introductory emails to all identified GCs and Architects introducing the project, outlining expectations, and opening the door for collaboration.

After initial outreach, we actively manage all responses. Non-responders are followed up with via email, text, and phone to confirm participation. Each firm’s status is clearly posted on the dashboard using a Green / Yellow / Red tracking system for quick visibility.

Within the first 14 days, we coordinate up to 10 interviews between GCs, clients, and consultants to ensure the best possible alignment in communication, experience, and approach.

We work closely with the client to gather all project materials, printed and electronic, ensuring each selected GC has the details needed to conduct an informed walkthrough.

We organize and schedule on-site walkthroughs with four top General Contractors, giving each an equal opportunity to review the space and provide accurate, competitive bids.
Each GC then submits their formal bid using Build Ready Partners’ standardized template, allowing for easy comparison of scope, pricing, and terms to support confident decision-making.
